A progressive corporate-sector organization with an office in Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani nationals for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis as decided by the Board of Directors.

Core responsibilities and competencies include demonstrable experience in leading business transformations and turnarounds; strong people-management skills; business acumen to grow top-line through innovative interventions; managing competitive bottom-line through smart measures in the value chain; blend of private and public sector leadership experience (preferably in space & satellite-related technologies, engineering operations, manufacturing and technology development projects); project management, joint ventures, contract negotiation and financial management; and providing quality client services.
Technical & personality requirements:
- Proficiency in transforming digital data into actionable insights for planning and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Urdu & English; high energy level; sociable persona; good negotiation skills; proactive business approach; team-player with inclusive managerial style.
Important points:
- Compliance with selection criteria does not guarantee short-listing; market-based salary as recommended by the Selection Board will be offered.
- Candidates in government service must apply through proper channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at interview; public sector employees must resign if selected.
