Issuer: Government of Balochistan Forest & Wildlife in collaboration with Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA).
Purpose: International competitive bidding (PPP, Single-Stage Two-Envelope, ICB) to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer (DBFOMT) the Balochistan Carbon Offset Project (BCOP) — Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR) of degraded coastal mangrove ecosystems.

Bids must include bid security of PKR 100 million by bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Conservator of Forests Coastal Balochistan. |
