Tender: Security Surveillance System Electrical Works — Bhaiwala Industrial Estate (PIEDMC)

Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) invites e-bids for the electrical works of a Security Surveillance System at Bhaiwala Industrial Estate. Bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis.

Eligible contractors (PEC C-6 or above with relevant specialized code EE-02 and experience of similar works) must submit e-bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website, the PIEDMC website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 198,523) in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order in favour of PIEDMC is required. Submission deadline: 2026-07-29 by 03:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
