DHQ Teaching Hospital, Narowal invites pre-qualification/registration bids through the Punjab e-procurement system (eP) for supply of medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices on a day-to-day basis for the year 2026-27.
Interested firms (well reputed WHO/GMP registered multinational/imported suppliers and local suppliers) must submit bids via the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bidding documents, terms and conditions and schedule are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the Punjab procurement websites and the e-procurement system at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be prepared in English and submitted as per the published requirements.

Key conditions: Original performance guarantee/tender security must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital, Narowal prior to the closing time. Bid validity is 180 days. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All taxes will be applicable as per Government of the Punjab rules. In case the bid opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next official working day at the same time and venue.
