Commandant CMT & SD Golra, through M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co, will conduct a public auction of used and unserviceable/obsolete stores, scrap, vehicle spares, packing materials (jerricans & barrels) and vehicles on an "as is where is" basis.

| Deposit on award | 25% of total sale amount to be paid on the spot/same day; remaining 75% to be deposited to the auctioneer within the prescribed timeframe for onward deposit into Government Treasury. |
| Taxes | General sales tax, income tax and other government taxes per latest policy. Government tax number FTN-9010700-4 must be used or bids will not be accepted. |
| Removal | Successful bidders must remove auctioned lots themselves from CMT & SD Golra or POL Depot Silahaan at their expense and risk; de-militarization/cutting into pieces to be performed at bidder's risk. |
| Forfeiture | Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture/surrender of the initial deposit to the Government Treasury. |
| Miscellaneous | Competent authority/auctioneer reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any bids; additional conditions will be announced before auction start. |
