Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a Maintenance Lead / Sr. Associate (1 post) on open contract/permanent basis for a PMDC project / mining site in Balochistan.

| Experience | Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical/mechanical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting; preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites |
| Age Limit | Maximum 40 years on the last date of application (age relaxation as per applicable rules) |
| Preference | Candidates with domicile of Balochistan will be preferred |

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities.
- Ensure equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs.
