Terms and conditions include: earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 2026-11-16 via cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft; earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the purchase price; the successful bidder must deposit the balance within 5 working days of bid acceptance; all taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses to be borne by the buyer; vehicles will be handed over after full payment and completion of formalities. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
