Mubarak Textile Mills Ltd. — Notice of 35th Annual General Meeting (Lahore)

Mubarak Textile Mills Limited announces its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to transact ordinary business including confirmation of minutes, adoption of audited accounts with Directors' and Auditors' reports for the year ended 30 June 2026, and appointment of auditors for the year ending 30 June 2027.

Agenda (ordinary business): 1) Confirm minutes of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 09.02.2026; 2) Receive, consider and adopt audited accounts and Directors' and Auditors' reports for year ended 30 June 2026; 3) Appoint auditors for year ending 30 June 2027 and fix their remuneration; 4) Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Share transfer books will remain closed from 2026-10-21 to 2026-10-29 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order on 2026-10-20 will be considered in time.

Proxies: A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member as proxy. Proxies must be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the meeting time.

CDC shareholders wishing to attend must bring original National Identity Cards, Account/Sub-Account details and participant ID/account numbers for identification; proxies should enclose an attested copy of the principal's National Identity Card.

Shareholders are requested to notify the Company of any change in their addresses.
