Tender Notice — Chief Minister Development Package (Bera Bugti) for Civil Works

Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Bera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for execution of civil works under the Chief Minister Development Package for the year 2026 on composite schedule rates 2023 (percentage rates).

Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) is mandatory for all bidders. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and meet the qualification and experience requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bid security (as specified in the tender) and a tender fee of PKR 1,000 are required.

Bid security must be submitted in the form prescribed (bank guarantee, deposit at call, or as specified) payable as required in the tender. Bidding documents, NIT and instructions are available electronically via the procurement portals indicated in the tender notice.
