NHA Re-Invites e-Bids for Routine Maintenance on N-5 (KM 1140–1150) — Contract RM-PN-26-05-01

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Punjab-North Region, Central Zone. NHA re-invites e-bids for routine maintenance work on N-5 (KM 1140+000 to 1150+000).

Eligibility: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2027. Bid security: 5% of the Engineer's Estimate in the shape of P.O./CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit." Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes.

Bidding documents are available for free download on the e-bidding website. E-bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-10-26 by 11:00 Hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NHA reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules.
