Public Notice: Capacity Warning for Mr. Victor Azariah

Dr. Simon Azariah issues a public warning that Mr. Victor Azariah has suffered severe dementia since 2023 and is under the care of a neurophysician. His ability to make rational, legal and financial decisions has been severely compromised; he has been prescribed Galantamine. A treatment certificate from his neurophysician is available from the advertiser, subject to appropriate consent.

No person should seek or rely on Mr. Victor Azariah’s signature, consent, instruction, representation, or authorization in any legal or financial matter, including any sale, purchase, transfer, gift, settlement, investment, loan, guarantee, power of attorney, agreement, or other transaction. Anyone proposing to deal with him must first obtain independent legal advice and an independent assessment of his capacity to understand and judge the effect of that specific matter at the relevant time.

Mr. Victor Azariah does not currently hold any position in any institution or organization; any former positions do not by themselves authorize him to act for or bind any organization. Anyone who proceeds with or facilitates a transaction following this notice does so at their own risk. The advertiser or his family shall not be responsible for any legal or financial losses, repercussions, or litigation arising from such transactions. The advertiser reserves the right to take legal action and seek remedies available under the law.
