Urban Areas Development Authority (Kanju Township Scheme, Swat) will auction commercial leases on a monthly rental basis at Kanju Township Phase‑I.
Auction date & time: 2026-10-26 at 2:00 PM. Venue: Office of the Director, Urban Areas Development Authority, Kanju Township, Swat.

Security deposit to participate: Rs.300,000 per shop, taxi stand & car parking payable before the auction as bank draft / call deposit / pay order in the name of "Director Urban Areas Development Authority Swat". Security deposited will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after finalization.
Successful bidder payment: Successful bidders must deposit six (06) months' rent (based on the amount declared successful by the Competent Authority) by bank draft in the name of "Director Urban Area Development Authority" or by Bank Challan into the designated Bank A/C of Director UADA Swat within seven working days; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the security.
All terms & conditions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations 2022 shall apply.
