The petitioner has requested the following modifications to the tariff and related terms:

| iv | Change tariff structure from Take‑or‑Pay to Take‑and‑Pay with must‑run; hydrological risk to remain with Seller; excess generation to be compensated at 10% of tariff. |
| v | Index all fixed and variable O&M components annually with respect to NCPI only, irrespective of foreign or local origin. |
| vi | Discontinue upward USD indexation of RoE/RoEDC from 01 Jan 2026 and fix exchange rate at PKR 280.55/USD; any PKR appreciation to be passed on annually. |
| vii | Reduce operational insurance cap from 1.35% to 0.8% of EPC cost, or actual cost, whichever is lower. |
| viii | Exclude 7.5% dividend withholding tax as a pass‑through item. |
| ix | Exclude Water Use Charge payable to Government of Punjab from the tariff from the Effective Date. |
