CDA Open Auction: 7 Petrol Pump Sites on 20-Year Rental Basis — Islamabad (13 Oct 2026)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Estate Management-II Directorate. CDA invites registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) / authorised dealers to participate in an open auction for seven petrol pump / filling station sites in different sectors of Islamabad on a rental basis.

Auction Date & Venue: 2026-10-13 at 10:00 AM, Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad.

Key Terms: Sites offered on rental basis for a contractual period of 20 years subject to agreement. All sites will be offered as a single package. The successful bidder will be responsible for construction, operation, management and transfer of the petrol pump / filling station and ancillary facilities at their own cost, and must obtain all requisite approvals, NOCs, licences and permissions from CDA and other authorities. The maximum construction/completion period is 9 months. Monthly rent shall be determined through open bidding and payable to CDA in advance; annual escalation of 10% in rent shall apply as prescribed in the approved terms and conditions. Token money: Rs. 25,000,000. The concessionaire shall bear all expenditures related to construction, utilities, statutory approvals, taxes, duties, licenses, operation and maintenance.
