PKHA Peshawar Tenders for Road and Bridge Works (ADP 2025-26) — Closing 2026-11-02

Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar invites sealed tenders for multiple road and bridge construction schemes under ADP 2025-26. Bidding is through the e-PAD system; tender documents and BOQs are available on PKHA website and the e-PAD portal.

Submission & eligibility: Tender documents including BOQs, Engineer's Estimate and Instructions to Bidders are available on www.pkha.gov.pk and the e-PAD portal (https://kp.ecprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PAD system.

Bid securities & fees: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided (Additional Bid Security if applicable). Non-refundable Tender Entry Fee of 0.03% of the estimate must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Bid security may be CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of Managing Director, PKHA.

Other conditions: Pre-bid Joint Ventures of firms meeting the required PEC category are eligible. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 hours on the closing date; financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical approval.
