RUDA Invitation for Bids: Infrastructure Development of 15 km River Ravi Left Promenade

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for infrastructure development of a 15 km Left Promenade along River Ravi (RD 00+000 to RD 49+000). Scope includes construction of a 3‑lane dual carriageway on the upper promenade, embankments, electrification, drainage and ancillary works as per approved specifications.

Bidding documents may be purchased after five (05) working days from the date of advertisement upon written application and payment of a non‑refundable fee of Rs. 25,000 by bank draft in the name of "Ravi Urban Development Authority". All bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in PKR in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan (or a foreign bank counter‑guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan).

Payment terms: executed works payment shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with bidding documents. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders; each bidder may submit only one bid either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity and employer guarantee requirements apply as stated in the bidding documents.
