CDA Open Auction: Petrol Pump Sites on Rental Basis — Islamabad, 13 Oct 2026

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) / authorised dealers of OMCs to an open auction for construction, operation and management of petrol pump / filling stations with ancillary facilities on a rental basis. The auction will be held on 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad.

Interested bidders should obtain and study the Auction Brochure / Auction Documents for eligibility criteria, list of sites, financial bid procedure, payment schedule and other terms and conditions before participating. Key terms include: sites offered on rental basis for a contractual period (as per auction terms); all sites offered as a single package; successful bidder responsible for construction, operation, management and transfer of the petrol pump/filling station and ancillary facilities at its own cost; bidder must obtain all requisite approvals, NOCs, licences and permissions from CDA and other concerned authorities; construction/completion period and rent payment provisions apply as per approved terms; monthly rent will be determined through open bidding and payable to CDA in advance; use restricted to approved petrol pump / filling station and ancillary facilities, complying with CDA planning, building control and environmental requirements.
