NHA Re-Invitation to e-Bids — Routine Maintenance on N-5 (KM 1140–1150) RM-PN-26-05-01

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region, Central Zone. NHA re-invites e-bids for routine maintenance work on N-5 covering KM 1140+000 to 1150+000.

Eligibility & bid security: Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2027. Bid security amounting to 5% of the Engineer's Estimate is required in the form of P.O./C/O/R in favour of "National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit."

Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-bidding website. Prospective bidders should monitor the NHA website for schedule updates and addenda. Manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements; bidders are advised to register for e-PADS (PPRA) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Submission & opening: e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-10-26 at 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NHA reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules.
