Office of the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on a single-stage single-envelope basis for rehabilitation and restoration works under ADP No.2642 (DG 2026-27).

Important conditions: Bidders must be approved irrigation contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities and hold valid PEC license for the current financial year (2026-27). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded in EPADS before closing time in the name of the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan. Electronic bidding shall be on above/below system against the BOQ/engineer's estimate. Bid validity is 120 days from bid opening. Bid documents and solicitation terms can be downloaded from EPADS and the departmental / KPPRA websites.
