Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department E-Tender for Office Complex and Residences at Shami Road, Peshawar

The Deputy Chief Conservator of Forests/Project Director, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department, invites e-tenders (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope System (KPPRA Rules 2014) from PEC-registered contractors/firms enlisted with the provincial enlistment committee, registered with KPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council with required BSD specialized codes for 2025-26.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Register and submit bids through EPADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on or before 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be publicly opened on 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at Forest Complex Shami Road, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department.

- Original 2% CDR and any additional required security per KPPRA rules must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and reach the office before the closing date and time. Affidavit regarding original 2% CDR is required.

- A non-refundable tender deposit of PKR 5,000 must be paid to Account # PK80KHYB50680030089807272 (Account title: "Deputy Chief Conservator of Forest Peshawar") immediately after publication; the deposit slip must be submitted before the closing date along with the CDR.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, 16 October 2026 at 03:00 PM at the Forest Complex, Shami Road, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department conference room.

- Subcontracting/subletting is not allowed; failure to comply may lead to contract cancellation, forfeiture of bid security and recommendation for blacklisting. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person. All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable as per government directives.
