Municipal Committee Khushab: Public Auction for Lease of Shops/Stalls for 2026-27

Municipal Committee Khushab invites bids/auction offers for the lease of municipal shops and stalls for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties shall submit bids in accordance with the terms and conditions issued by the Municipal Committee. A 10% CDR (call deposit receipt) is required with each bid.

Auction/submission date and time: 2026-10-22 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be received and opened at the office of the Municipal Committee Khushab on the above date and time.

One advertised lot shows a lease period from 2026-10-01 to 2027-06-30 with amounts listed in the notice (example figures shown in the advertisement include PKR 34,84,500 and PKR 3,64,500). A further set of properties/lots is listed with indicated bid/security figures including PKR 2,000,000; PKR 50,000; and PKR 1,000,000.

All bidders must provide required documents and the stipulated CDR amount with their offers. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid according to the advertised terms.
