Public e-Auction: Parking Areas at Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital — 1 Year Lease

Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital (Medical Superintendent) invites registered individuals, firms, or companies to participate in an e-Auction for leasing its parking areas for one year. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Auction portal. Interested parties must register on the portal and comply with the eligibility and deposit requirements listed below.

Reserve price for the auction is Rs. 10,434,600 (without taxes) for one year. Earnest money required is 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,043,460) to be furnished in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. Bidding will start at the reserve price; subsequent bids must exceed the previous offer (minimum incremental requirement noted in the auction terms). In case of last-minute increases, the auction will be extended by additional five-minute increments as specified by the portal.
