Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), Topi (District Swabi) invites sealed e-bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of Oil & Gas Stream Lab Equipment under the OGDCL funded project GIKI/PK/DEO/OGDCL-11602 (Ref: P154707).
Procurement will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. All bids must include the required bid security in the form described in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft) or a bid securing declaration in the specified format.
Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and submission instructions are available on the ePADS v2.0 portal. E-bids must be prepared and submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 03:30 PM on Monday, October 26, 2026.
The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
