District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced and financially sound firms/contractors/suppliers for construction works for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Submission deadline: up to 10:00 AM on 2026-11-02. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 AM on 2026-11-02 in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
Only electronically submitted bids through Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees shall not be accepted.
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The Tender/Bid is also available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website.
