Failure to provide the Additional Bid Security will result in declaration as Non-Responsive, forfeiture of bid security and a two-year ban from bidding as per PPRA rules. 2) One original and one photocopy of each Technical and Financial Bid, signed and stamped, must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Bhimber within 43 hours after opening of the Technical Bid. Original Additional Bid Security must be attached with the original Financial Bid. |
