Tender: Reconstruction of RHC Marihu — Executive Engineer (Buildings), District Naseerabad

The Office of Executive Engineer (Buildings) CW, PP&H Department, District Naseerabad invites sealed bids (electronic submission only) for the Reconstruction of RHC Marihu under PSOP No.2126 (Z2026.27).

Key tender details:

Eligibility: Contractors must have valid firm registration with PEC in category C-5 with specialization codes BC04, CE09, EE11 and CE10, and up-to-date tax registrations (NTN, Sales Tax Department and BRA) where applicable. Bids will be evaluated under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules and PEC By-Laws.

Tender fee and bid security: Tender fee Rs. 1,500 (Green Challan deposited under head C-02716 at NBP Dera Murad Jamali). Bidders must attach Bid Security (2% in the form of a Call Deposit) with the Technical Bid in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bidders who download documents must also produce the deposited green challan of Rs.1,500.

Submission and opening: Electronic bid submission only via the supplier dashboard (EPPS). Deadline for submission: 2026-10-29 by 12:00 PM. Technical envelopes will be opened on 2026-10-29 at 1:00 PM on EPPS. Financial envelopes of technically qualified bidders will be opened later; financially non-qualified bidders will be automatically withdrawn from EPPS at financial opening.

Bid validity: 90 days.
