Issuer: Divisional Superintendent / Workshops Office, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura. Invitation to e-bid for multiple civil works under Composite Schedule Rates–2016 (Workshops Division) and through item rates. Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration (relevant category/code; C-4 or above where specified), active NTN and GST and appear on FBR Active Tax Payer List.
Tender documents are available free of cost from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) and accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura (firm/agency name on CDR mandatory). Original Bid Security must be deposited in the tender box in the office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops. Deadline for upload is 11:00 AM on 2026-11-05; bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the chamber of Divisional Engineer/Workshops in the presence of firm representatives. The Railway administration may reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
