SMEDA — Institutional & Policy Assessment Expert (Contract) in Karachi

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan is seeking an Institutional and Policy Assessment Expert on a short-term contract for a Karachi-based assignment. The position offers a remuneration of PKR 425,000 and requires a Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Institutional Development, Law, Public Administration, Agricultural Policy, Environmental Policy or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience in institutional analysis, policy development, governance reform or regulatory frameworks; experience in government, development or international climate/agribusiness sectors is preferred.
