Punjab Buildings, Communications & Works Department (Buildings Division No.2 / Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala) invites online tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) under PPRA rules. Firms/contractors registered on the e-Procurement portal and holding the required PEC category and valid PEC license for the current financial year may participate. Bids shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The prescribed 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System. Only e-submitted bids will be considered; manual bids shall not be accepted. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA and departmental requirements.
