Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms/suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) for multiple procurement packages under competitive bidding (Single-Stage Two-Envelope) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Key submission and meeting dates:
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM.
Online bid submission deadline: 2026-10-23 by 09:30 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM).
All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must include the required bid security in the name of PSBA and comply with PPRA rules and tender documents.
