Issuer: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. The office invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT equipment and other miscellaneous items for the newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Additional Assistant Commissioners (AACs) in the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi office.
Eligible bidders: Firms, companies or sole proprietors duly registered with SECP and relevant tax/registration authorities (Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.).
Submission: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidding is conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) procedures in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Bid security & performance security: Bidders must furnish bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via digital bank guarantee or online payment (1Link) through the Punjab e-Procurement system. The successful bidder will provide a performance security equal to 10% of the contract price in the form prescribed in the bidding documents.
