The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the procurement of various electrical equipment, testing instruments, vacuum bottle panels, trolleys, safety PPE and ancillary items under multiple NCB packages (PMU/Goods/NCB-293 to PMU/Goods/NCB-304). Submission & procurement notes:
- Bidders shall submit e-bids through the e‑procurement system and must be registered on the e‑platform. Single‑Stage One‑Envelope method will be used and evaluation will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as per applicable regulations. Bid security in prescribed form (call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft) is required.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-20 at the Office of Chief Engineer (Development), IESCO (near 132kV Rawal Grid Station / Club Road). Interested bidders may attend physically or via the arranged means.
- All bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and instructions are available on the e‑procurement portal and may be downloaded by registered bidders. Registered bidders must upload bids in accordance with e‑Bidding Documents.
