The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, invites Technical and Financial Proposals from qualified chartered accountant firms to perform third‑party comprehensive audits of Customs Bonded Warehouses (including Petroleum/Oil/Lubricants (POL) bonded warehouses, Public Bonded Warehouses and Private Bonded Warehouses) licensed under the Customs Act, 1969 and the Customs Rules, 2001. The audit aims to verify compliance with applicable customs laws and procedures, strengthen inventory and record controls, identify revenue leakages and irregularities, and recommend corrective and punitive measures.
