Accordingly, a proclamation under Section 87 Cr.P.C., read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, is issued directing the above-named accused to appear before the Anti-Terrorism Court, Shaheed Benazirabad within five days after publication of this notice; failing which proceedings will continue in their absence.
