Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical equipment, panels, tools and related accessories under multiple NCB lots. Procurement is on a single-stage, one-envelope basis using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidding documents, submission and e-bidding instructions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS). Delivery period for supplied goods is 90 days. Bids must include the specified bid security and comply with the bidding documents.
Key submission & opening details: Electronic submission via ePADS v2.0; e-bids open on 2026-10-26 at 11:30 AM. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-20 at PMU Office (Office of Chief Engineer, Development, IESCO), adjacent to 132kV Rawal Grid Station, Club Road, Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad.
