Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd invites sealed bids from PEC-licensed consultancy firms to provide 3rd-party vetting consultancy for the Malir Industrial Park project located at M-9/N-5 Link Road (Fastam Bypass), Karachi. Eligible firms must have prior infrastructure development experience for Industrial Parks/SEZs/Industrial Estates/Housing Societies.
RFP documents are available from 09 July 2026 on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable RFP fee (pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd; NTN No. C785957-5). The tender fee is Rs. 10,000. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to the PEZDMC Secretariat by 1400 hours on 2026-07-23; technical bids will be opened at 1430 hours the same day. Financial bids will be requested only from technically qualified bidders.
