Issuer: The Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Multan.
Purpose: Final public notice calling for any lawful owner or claimant of goods imported under Goods Declaration No. OBPI-CH-245 dated 10.06.2021 (importer named as M/s Malik MIJ Chunxing Resources Recycling Co. Ltd.) to establish lawful title or ownership.
Action required: Any person claiming lawful ownership must establish the claim before the Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Multan by producing documentary evidence of lawful title or ownership such as relevant import documents, invoices, bills of lading, transport documents, proof of payment, ownership documents, or other legally admissible evidence.
Submission: Documentary evidence and supporting documents must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Multan within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Consequences: This is the final public notice. Claimants who fail to establish lawful ownership within the prescribed period will have no right or title to the goods and the goods shall be dealt with and disposed of by the Collectorate in accordance with Section 201 of the Customs Act, 1969 and relevant rules.
