National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites proposals from eligible banks, financial institutions, investment banks and/or duly licensed capital market advisers for appointment as Lead Manager(s) to structure, arrange, market, place and issue a publicly listed Shariah-compliant Sukuk through the domestic debt capital market.
The assignment covers end-to-end transaction management including transaction structuring, market assessment, Shariah compliance, coordination of legal and tax advisory, regulatory approvals, credit rating, documentation, investor marketing, book building/placement, listing and financial close.
