Asset Management Authority of Punjab (AMAP) invites sealed bids from eligible firms, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers for the purchase of IT equipment as per specifications, quantities and terms in the bidding document. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure through eP-Punjab.

Bidders shall submit bids electronically through the eP-Punjab portal within the prescribed deadline. A hard copy of the complete bid uploaded on eP-Punjab, in properly sealed envelopes along with the original bid security, must also be submitted within the prescribed deadline as provided in the bidding document. Detailed technical specifications, qualification criteria, mandatory documents and other conditions are governed by the bidding document.
AMAP may increase or decrease quantities, reject all bids or cancel the procurement proceedings in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). For clarification, bidders may contact the Manager (Administration), AMAP, during office hours.
