The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites proposals from qualified chartered accountant firms to conduct third‑party comprehensive audits of Customs bonded warehouses across Pakistan covering the preceding three financial years, including POL bonded warehouses, public and private bonded warehouses.
Firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals for each lot; the assignment is divided into lots as described in the RFP. Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure under Rule 27(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2006 and the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
