ZTBL Tender ZTBL-19-2026: Procurement of Inputs for Mushroom Farming & Honey Bee-Keeping (SBP Women Exclusive Finance Challenge Fund)

Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Head Office Islamabad. ZTBL invites electronic bids for the "Procurement of Inputs for Mushroom Farming and Honey Bee Keeping Projects" under the SBP Women Exclusive Finance Programme – Challenge Fund. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers list.

Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available from the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. The price of the bidding document is Rs. 2,000. Documents may be downloaded from ZTBL website (https://www.ztbl.com.pk) and PPRA e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 (https://www.epads.gov.pk).

Electronic submission of bids is mandatory via PPRA EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. However, original bid security, original affidavit and other required originals must be delivered to ZTBL as specified before bid opening.
