Urban Area Development Authority (UADA), Mardan invites participation in an open public auction for 20 residential plots on ownership basis in Sheikh Maltoon (Phase‑II), Mardan. The auction will be held at the Executive Service Club, Sector‑F, Sheikhmaltoon Town, Mardan.

Auction date & time: 2026-11-02 at 1100 hours.
Earnest money / participation deposit: Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand only) per plot payable by Call Deposit / Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of Director, Urban Area Development Authority, Mardan. No bidder will be permitted to participate without the prescribed deposit.
Payment & forfeiture conditions: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount within seven working days in the prescribed manner; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of allotment. After receipt of 25% the Authority will issue an acceptance/allotment letter requiring payment of the remaining amount and applicable taxes within one month. If the remaining amount is not paid within prescribed time plus applicable surcharge, the bid will be cancelled and deposited amounts forfeited.
Other conditions: All applicable taxes, fees, duties, registration charges and other government dues are payable by the successful bidder. Possession will be delivered only after receipt of full sale consideration and completion of dues. Bidders appearing on behalf of others must produce a duly attested Power of Attorney/authority letter. The auction and allotment will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Act, 2020 and UADA Auction Regulations, 2022.
Inspection & auction documents: Interested persons may inspect the plots on any working day. Detailed auction terms may be obtained from the Office of the Housing Officer, UADA Mardan during working hours on payment of Rs. 3,000/- per copy (non‑refundable) before the auction.
