Tender for Short Message Services (SMS) (IT) — Virtual University of Pakistan (Tender No. VU/26-27/09/900)

Issuer: Procurement Department, Directorate of Finance, Virtual University of Pakistan. Purpose: Procurement of Short Message Services (SMS) (IT).

Eligible firms registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR must submit sealed tenders through the e_Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered.

Bid security, where applicable, must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0 in the prescribed amount and form, payable in favor of the Virtual University of Pakistan. The original Bid Security, along with one hard copy of the sealed bid, must also be submitted physically to the Virtual University of Pakistan at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids without the prescribed Bid Security will be rejected.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Tender documents are also available on the Virtual University website: https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders/.
