The Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA) invites sealed bids for the Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Khorwah Distry under the Sindh Water & Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project. Financing has been provided by the World Bank and procurement will follow National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as per the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Procurement in Investment Projects Financing), November 2020.
