NADRA Hiring: Head of Internal Audit (Islamabad)

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, governance, compliance or financial controls with at least 5 years in a senior internal audit leadership role. Proven experience leading internal audit functions in large public-sector, corporate, financial or technology-driven organisations. Strong understanding of IPPF, internal auditing standards, COSO internal control framework and ERM. Internal audit certifications (CISA, CIA or equivalent) preferred.

Lead NADRA’s internal audit function by providing independent assurance on governance, risk management, internal controls and compliance. Develop and execute risk-based annual audit plans; lead financial, operational, IT, forensic and compliance audits across NADRA offices; prepare high-quality audit reports for Management and the Audit Committee; verify compliance with government rules and Public Procurement Rules (PPRA); support development of internal control frameworks and SOPs; coordinate with external auditors and regulators.

Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period (extendable). Government/semi-government employees must provide No Objection Certificate at interview. Attested HEC/regulatory educational documents required at joining. Medical fitness and character certificates required. No TA/DA. Electronic gadgets not allowed during tests/interviews.
