LOADS Limited invites sealed bids per kg rate for the sale of scrap materials on an "as is where is" basis. Enquiry No.: LOADS/SS/00/02. Bidders may inspect materials and obtain tender documents from 0700 to 1200 hours, Monday to Friday, 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 at Loads Limited, Plot No. DSU-19, Pakistan Steel Industrial Estate, Pakistan Steel Mills, Bin Qasim Town, Karachi.

Sealed bids addressed to the DGM Supply Chain, LOADS Limited must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Main Security Gate by 1200 hours on 2026-10-16. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-19 before the Scrap Sale Committee.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order (cash/cheque not acceptable) drawn in favour of LOADS Limited equivalent to 5% of the expected monthly sales. The expected monthly sales are approximately Rs. 20 million. The successful bidder shall deposit Rs. 20 million as advance within five (5) days of award; this amount will remain with the Company until contract expiry. The contract for lifting scrap material will be awarded for 12 months.
