Issuer: National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Conclusion of the second sunset review of definitive anti‑dumping duties imposed on imported cold‑rolled steel coils/sheets (CR Coils/Sheets) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
Decision: The Commission has determined that continuation of definitive anti‑dumping duties is warranted and will maintain definitive duties for a further period of five (05) years with effect from 2026‑01‑13. The finding is based on the review period from 2020‑10‑01 to 2025‑09‑30 and the Commission’s assessment of likelihood of continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the domestic industry.
