Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall at the Losar Dumpsite. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA rules. Eligible bidders are reputed manufacturers, companies, authorized distributors/dealers, and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites and may be downloaded free of cost (PPRA: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx; EPADS: ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the EPADS portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bid opening will be conducted online on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Submission on the EPADS portal is the responsibility of the bidder. Response time for submissions is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
