NHA Open Auction — OM&M Contracts and Toll Collection for Toll Plazas (period ending 2027-06-30)

National Highway Authority (Finance Wing – Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan, invites open auction offers for Operation, Maintenance & Management (OM&M) contracts of toll plazas on national highways and collection of toll on a net guaranteed monthly revenue basis, together with applicable taxes, for the period ending 30-06-2027.

Key points:

- Eligible bidders: companies/firms having an active NTN and registered as taxpayers; firms not blacklisted or declared ineligible by any government agency. Bidders must furnish required earnest money/ bid security and comply with the bidding conditions.
