A progressive corporate sector organization with an office in Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani nationals for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis for a period to be decided by the Board of Directors.

| Minimum Qualification | Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace), Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS or related disciplines, preferably blended with a degree in Business Administration or related field. |
| Experience | At least 20 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years proven C-level experience (preferably as CEO/Head of Organization) with substantial business operations. |
| Key Responsibilities & Skills | Leading business transformations and turnarounds; people management across public and private stakeholders; driving top-line growth via innovative interventions; improving bottom-line through value-chain measures; experience in private and public sector leadership—preferably in space, satellite technologies, engineering operations, manufacturing and technology development; project management, joint ventures, contract negotiation and financial management; delivering quality client services and strong financial acumen. |
| Technical & Personality Requirements | Ability to convert digital data to actionable insights; proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and data analytics; excellent presentation and communication skills in Urdu & English; high energy, sociable, proactive, team-player with strong negotiation skills and integrity. |
| Age Limit | 45–62 years on the closing date. |
